REFUNDS

At The Room Update, we strive to provide our clients with helpful Interior Decorating Packages they will love. Due to the nature of our work, interior decorating services are non-refundable after they have been provided, unless there is an issue that occurs from our side and the files are unable to be used. If this happens, please contact at  emma@theroomupdate.com.

CANCELLATIONS

At The Room Update, we want to make sure we have the best understanding of your needs and expectations. The timeframe for cancellation of your package is 24 hours after receiving your personalised Concept board. 

This gives you the opportunity to decide if the package will suit your needs and ensures that we have not put any time into creating your package.  Please request your cancellation and refund via email to emma@theroomupdate.com

Cancellations after this time will not be accepted. 

Cancellations and Refunds will not be provided for 'Change of Mind' or if you choose not to use the package/parts of the package.  As the decorating service has already been provided
